Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Finance Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and tax compliance. The ideal candidate is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with a solid foundation in accounting principles, and is fluent in both English and Chinese.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Process daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.

2. Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded.

3.  Assist in the company's tax compliance, such as the preparation of GST and income tax filings.

4. Handle reconciliation and confirmation of revenue and costs.

5. Process and record employee expense claims.

6. Prepare financial reports and preliminary analysis for management.

7. Assist senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing processes.

8.  Ensure all financial records and documents are properly filed and maintained.

 Candidate Requirements

1. Must be a Singapore Citizen or hold a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status.

2. Fluent in English and Chinese.

3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4. 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping or finance accounting experience.

5. Basic understanding of Singapore accounting principles and tax requirements.

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software is a plus.

7. Meticulous, responsible, and with a strong willingness to learn.

8. Good communication skills and a team player.
