Field Service Technician (Engine) /Up to $3,500 Basic + $250 Allowance + OT @Jurong East

• Installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers.

•  Troubleshooting and site service to customers by ensure that the product is operational.

•  Handles diesel generator sets by supporting departments in terms of service and training.

• Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date.

• Provide training to distributors/dealers for service and troubleshooting skills.

• Work with customers until the issue is resolved and assist on factory test of special projects.

• Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solution, and deal with customers' warrnty issues.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with2 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to travel in APAC/ SEA Region when required, knowledge in power generation products.
