●    Possess: Class 3/3A Licence

Experience

●    Preferable with technical application in Electronics, Semiconductor and Mechanical industries: ≤ 2 years

Qualifications

●    Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering disciplines

Responsibilities

●     Responsible for installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance jobs at customers’ sites
●     Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers
●     Liaise with customers and internal team related to technical, services and quotation issues
●     Recommend essential maintenance and service solutions that optimize product performance
●     Technical advisor to customers, identify & explaining necessary service requirements and upkeep
●     Support sales to gain service and maintenance contract orders
●     Provide product training to customers as and when required
●     Strictly compliance to health and safety rules set
●     Internal & external ad-hoc duties assigned by the Field Service Manager

Requirements

●     Proficient with MS Office
●     Must have Class 3/3A driving license
●     Aptitude towards Technical & Engineering Field Service is necessary
●     Strong in Communication, Analytical and Judgmental skills
●     Knowledge of Pumps is an advantage but not mandatory
●     Good Organization Skill, Team Player, Independently & Meticulous
