Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshop/field repair of UPS including maintenance, testing and commissioning.
• Replacment of batteries, provide service support including on site attendance for third party system.
• Technical support to customers (24x7) iva phone or on site attendance.
• Coordination for installation, delivery and contracts management of customer’s purchase.
• Ensure company assets in a safe, secure and presentable condition at all times.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of paperwork and administration documents.
• Response and assist Manager to all requests for assistance.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical with 3 years of service experience.
• Ability to service, maintain and repair of electrical products.
