Job Scope:

• Assist Engineers with installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of packaging and warehouse machinery at customer sites.

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly, machine setup, and equipment servicing.

• Carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs under the guidance of Engineers.

• Assist senior colleagues with higher-level tasks, including robot teaching and sub-unit servicing.

• Handle and maintain specific jigs, tools, and equipment required for service jobs.

• Prepare service tools and equipment and ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.

• Prepare technical reports, service records, checklists, and attend weekly meetings/presentations.

• Perform 24/7 standby and ad-hoc shift duties according to roster and operational requirements.

• Assist with ad-hoc delivery and other duties as assigned.
  

Requirement:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or related fields.

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong hands-on aptitude are welcome to apply.

• Experience in machine setup, installation, modification, troubleshooting, or repair is an advantage.

• Possess Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
