Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to resolve clients’ security system issues in a timely manner.
• Provide full support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, modifications, and user training.
• Develop detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while consistently improving customer satisfaction.
• Manage the renewal of support and maintenance contracts.
• Deliver high-quality service by adhering to company standards, policies, and service requirements within the assigned region.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance and handle day-to-day troubleshooting effectively.
• Monitor and follow up on all open technical issues until they are completely resolved.
• Take full responsibility for service-related matters after project handover from the Project team.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV systems.
• Basic understanding of IT, including hardware, networking, and databases.
