Job Summary

This full-time, on-site Field Application Engineer role involves delivering technical expertise to clients by integrating, implementing, and troubleshooting machine vision systems. You will collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients for the integration and implementation of machine vision systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver effective pre-sales and post-sales technical solutions that address client needs and drive business growth
• Conduct testing and commissioning of vision solutions to validate system functionality and reliability before client deployment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and system uptime
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and refine technical solutions that meet client requirements
• Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site technical assistance and support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• Familiarity with machine vision systems or image processing technologies
• Knowledge of sales processes with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through resolving complex technical challenges
