Job Description

We are hiring F&B Service Staff to support restaurant and event service operations in a members’ club environment. The role focuses on delivering professional service standards and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus

• Introduce daily specials and menu updates

• Take food and beverage orders and key into POS system

• Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner

• Upsell food and beverage items where appropriate

• Handle guest queries and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and service team

• Maintain dining experience (clearing tables, refilling drinks, replenishing utensils)

• Prepare simple beverages when required

• Assist with stock replenishment and side station setup

• Follow grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Support cashiering duties when required

• Open/close shifts and perform cleaning tasks

• Support club events and other operational duties

Requirements

• Passion for F&B and customer service

• Guest-oriented with good communication skills

• Able to multitask and handle service situations

• Team player with positive attitude

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Able to work shift hours, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required

Working Conditions

• 6-day work week

• Shift-based schedule
