Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in overseeing Control Room operations and coordinating patient meal services.
• Prepare and generate meal chits and necessary reports from the eMOS system for kitchen processing.
• Ensure all meals meet prescribed therapeutic diets, hygiene regulations, and dietary standards.
• Liaise with dietitians, speech therapists, nurses, and kitchen staff to manage special dietary requirements.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives, carry out assigned duties, and attend to enquiries or feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Basic Food Hygiene certification required
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and read diet chits and eMOS system
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
