Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met on schedule;
2. Read and interpret technical drawings and guide production accordingly;
3. Organize and assign production tasks based on orders, and monitor progress;
4. Lead, manage, and train production workers to improve efficiency and skills;
5. Supervise quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards;
6. Manage factory machinery, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting;
7. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
8. Ensure workplace safety and enforce safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in iron or aluminum alloy industry preferred;
2. Familiar with machinery operation and basic maintenance;
3. Able to read and understand technical/engineering drawings;
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
5. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure;
6. Chinese candidates preferred;
7. Able to communicate in English.
