Operational Efficiency: Optimizing resources, reducing wastage, managing inventory, and overseeing logistics.

Safety & Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), ensuring a safe working environment, and managing legal compliance.

Staff Leadership: Training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating factory personnel.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Managing operational budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.

Maintenance & Improvement: Scheduling machinery maintenance and driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) to boost productivity.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in production planning, quality control, and personnel management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management or relevant professional certificates.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP/MRP) and technical machinery is highly preferred.
