Job description:

• Maintaining & Executing HVAC & building management system (BMS) for cleanroom with cGMP, DI, EHS compliance
• Managing Integrated Facilities Management and making sure efficient HVAC & BMS systems maintenance program.
• Dealing with lockout/tagout verification, issue permit & field coordination.
• Preparing for audit readiness and respond to Auditors during audit
• Troubleshooting defects related to HVAC & BMS systems.
• Attending HVAC & BMS system breakdown and arranging Integrated Facility Management for follow up rectification work
• Ensuing proper documents & records & safety for HVAC & BMS systems
• Coordinating with all related stakeholders to ensure timely execution repair & maintenance
• Ability to understand BMS wiring drawing and HVAC air flow drawing
