Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all FM works and services, implementing effective monitoring and improvement systems
- Liaise and coordinate with Employer Representatives, ensuring quality of services
- Submit monthly performance and management reports, including feedback and improvement actions
- Evaluate cost-benefit of actions by all parties engaged in FM Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out as scheduled
- Supervise FM staff and specialists
- Escalate unresolved problems and recommend solutions
- Coach and train teams on contract requirements
- Attend to VIP visits and statutory inspections
- Oversee all scheduled/breakdown maintenance and project works Operate and control CFIMS, BMS, and other automated M&E systems.
- Ensure compliance with QEHS ISO and statutory requirements
- Attend monthly meetings with Employer Monitor waste collection and recycling indicators
- Oversee ACMV, Building, M&E, CFIMS, and IoT systems
- Provide in-house helpdesk and user support
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/ Building/ FM with 8 years’ experience / FSM
Self-driven and committed individual with excellent follow up.
Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
