Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all FM works and services, implementing effective monitoring and improvement systems
• Liaise and coordinate with Employer Representatives, ensuring quality of services
• Submit monthly performance and management reports, including feedback and improvement actions
• Evaluate cost-benefit of actions by all parties engaged in FM Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out as scheduled
• Supervise FM staff and specialists
• Escalate unresolved problems and recommend solutions
• Coach and train teams on contract requirements
• Attend to VIP visits and statutory inspections
• Oversee all scheduled/breakdown maintenance and project works Operate and control CFIMS, BMS, and other automated M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS ISO and statutory requirements
• Attend monthly meetings with Employer Monitor waste collection and recycling indicators
• Oversee ACMV, Building, M&E, CFIMS, and IoT systems
• Provide in-house helpdesk and user support

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/ Building/ FM with 8 years’ experience / FSM

• Self-driven and committed individual with excellent follow up.

• Results oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
