Role: Temporary Facilities & Contracts Management Support Staff

Contract: 4 May to 14 Aug 2026

Location: Pioneer

Working hour: 830am – 6pm (Mon-Thu); 830am – 545pm (Fri)

Salary: $2500 per month

• Oversee premises readiness and setup, including furnishing, keys, and reinstatement coordination with stakeholders.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work in student rooms is completed properly.
• Handle and resolve user requests, feedback, and complaints across multiple channels (online, email, phone, in-person).
• Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement through customer interaction.
• Certify completion of works to required standards.
• Manage inventory, stock-taking, and asset disposal.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment, including regular walkarounds, advising users, and escalating rule violations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance and issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 0 level, with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Competent in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in facilities maintenance role is preferred.
