Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and RFP preparation for the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant.
• Supervise and track the design progress of I&C contractors and design consultants.
• Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the commissioning of the I&C package.
• Familiar with Emerson DCS system is preference

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with I&C systems in a 300mm fab facility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
• A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
