What You’ll Do

• Deliver a luxurious, calming facial experience inspired by Korean traditions

• Promote Sulwhasoo facial treatments and products to support sales growth

• Engage customers with confidence, answering enquiries and managing appointment bookings
  

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide professional skincare advice tailored to each customer

• Perform facial massage treatments with care and precision

• Analyse skin types and recommend personalised daily skincare routines

• Use a range of treatments to address individual skin concerns

• Use of brand’s products tailored to a client’s needs, taking into account skin type, skin condition and personal requirements

• Manage bookings and coordinate appointments smoothly

• Build strong, long-term relationships while maintaining accurate client records
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Possess a recognised facial therapy certification

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Training will be provided)

• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and providing excellent customer service

• Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage customers professionally

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
