Job Description

Oversee daily salon operations (bookings, schedules, inventory, cleanliness)
Expertise in applying various types of lash extensions, lifts, and tints, as well as lash removal.
Lead, train, and motivate lash artists to deliver excellent service
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle any feedback or issues professionally
Plan promotions and help achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Manage product and material orders (lash supplies, tools, etc.)
Report salon performance and updates to the owner / management
Minimum 7 - 8 years experience in the beauty or eyelash industry
Prior experience as a Senior Lash Artist or Salon Supervisor preferred
Strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of lash extension techniques and current beauty trends
Certification in eyelash extensions and beauty therapy is required
The ability to work over-time and weekend.
Detail-oriented and patient.
Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese (required to attend to Japanese clients.
