Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations (sales, reservations, inventory, customer service, etc.)
• Lead, train, and mentor staff members
• Provide high-quality services including Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift, and Eyebrow Embroidery
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and increase repeat customers
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to a diverse, multicultural clientele

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the eyelash/beauty industry
• Able to perform Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift, and Eyebrow Embroidery flawlessly
• Strong hospitality skills and ability to serve clients from different nationalities
• Proven experience in salon management and team leadership

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Relevant beauty/eyelash certifications (e.g., Japanese beautician license or equivalent)
• Experience in staff education and technical training
• Ability to communicate in English
• Experience in salon marketing, promotions, or social media management
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
