FARM is a cross-disciplinary design practice. We are an architecture atelier. We are a curatorial team. We are a community-centered arts organization. In collaboration with artists and designers, we work on a diverse range of projects. These include architecture & interior design, product design & merchandising, graphic design & branding, art installation & sculpture, exhibition design & curatorial work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering creative design solutions across a wide range of media, supporting both internal teams and external clients, with a strong emphasis on exhibition and spatial experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and design strategies for campaigns, with a focus on exhibition and environmental graphics
• Design and produce a wide range of online and offline marketing and communication materials
• Create and deliver graphics across multiple platforms and formats, including large-scale print, digital media, and spatial applications
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and production vendors to ensure design intent is accurately realised
• Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• Minimum 2 years of creative design experience in Exhibition, Branding and Arts & Culture.
• Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong knowledge of website design and UI/UX principles
• Strong graphic layout and typography skills

• A passion for design in all forms with an eye for craft and beautiful art direction.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, meticulous, and tactful, with knowledge of design and print processes.
• Great communication skills and is a team player.
• Experience contributing and working with the design team on pitches.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• An open and highly collaborative mind and approach.
• Experiences in design studios or architecture or interior will be beneficial.
