Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) – 1 Year Contract

Location: 8 Tuas Avenue 18, Singapore 638892 (company shuttle available)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) to support billing, collections, and reconciliation activities within our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with AR experience who enjoy working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply incoming payments accurately in the accounting system

• Manage GIRO deduction processes and payment reconciliations

• Generate and issue invoices to customers

• Perform billing, collection, and AR reporting within stipulated timelines

• Carry out account and bank reconciliations

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries

• Process receipts and prepare bank-in deposits

• Support month-end closing activities for the AR function

• Attend to enquiries from customers, sales teams, and auditors

• Review and improve finance processes where necessary

• Supervise and guide AR Assistant where required

• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• 3–5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable / Accounting experience

• Familiar with AR processes and accounting principles

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Esker is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office and English communication

• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

• Good organisational and time management abilities

• Able to work independently while being a team player
