Job Description

·        Maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video and lighting (AVL) equipment

·        Managing AVL equipment and stock checking of AVL equipment with proper asset tagging

·        Prepare and execute technical logistics of AVL equipment setup for events/activities/ programmes with the necessary broadcasts and recordings

·        Assistant in event planning/scheduling/coordination, liaising with different departments to determine the necessary AVL requirements.

·        Assist ineffective ways to tear down and store all the AVL equipment properly after each events/activity/programme

·        Configuring/fine tuning of AVL setups to ensure high-quality broadcastings or live feedings

·        Assist in supporting of IT daily operations or IT related projects

·        Any other duties as per supervisor’s instructions

入职要求（EntryRequirements）

·        Diploma or Degree in Electronics, IT, Multimedia, or related fields

·        Minimum of 2-5years of relevant experience in audio video (AV) support and IT operations

·        Proficiency in handling microphones, speakers, video mixers, projectors, AV control systems and digital audio mixer.

·        IT knowledge with a good understanding of networking and computer hardware/software troubleshooting.

·        Ability to setup, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment during live events and meetings.

·        Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays and/or evening event hours.

·        Good communication skills, able to work independently, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
