• Provide administrative, secretarial, and logistical support, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, material preparation, and follow-ups.

• Maintain knowledge management and documentation control, assist stakeholders, and coordinate events, meetings, and engagements across platforms.

• Manage procurement and goods receipt processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, and handle ad-hoc tasks to support smooth team operations.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any discipline with 2–5 years of relevant experience; proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and a team player.
