Role Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership of a leading Strategic Investment, IP holding and venture development company in the fintech and impact sector. The ideal candidate will facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives and contribute significantly to the company’s mission of fostering financial inclusion and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, managing schedules, correspondence, and strategic project follow-ups.
- Facilitate business development activities and maintain relationships with international partners, with a focus on the Southeast Asian markets.
- Aid in the development and refinement of business plans and proposals, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
- Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including compiling research and producing reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure effective time management during trips to Singapore.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, with a track record of taking initiative.
- Willingness to travel to Singapore for key meetings and events.
