Responsibility:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Executive to oversee the manufacturing operations of various food products categorized as "Other Food Products N.E.C." (Not Elsewhere Classified), excluding food chemicals and additives. As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food manufacturing and strong leadership abilities.

Job Description:

• Executive and coordinate the manufacturing processes of various food products categorized as "Other Food Products N.E.C.", including but not limited to sauces, condiments, snack foods, and specialty items.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, follow safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards in their work.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company standards for taste, appearance, and packaging.

• Collaborate with the production planning team to schedule production runs, allocate resources effectively, and minimize downtime.

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery, and ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize breakdowns.

• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains in production operations, and implement appropriate measures to drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production reports, quality control documents, and inventory records.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues related to product quality or delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.

• Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday if requirement.

• Able to work rotate shift, night shift and overtime

• Work at factory, under hot environment

Requirement:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
