Job Summary

You will assist in administering training programmes and policies for a one-year term starting mid-April. Your role includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing training data, preparing training materials, and supporting special projects such as training videos and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer training programmes and assessments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with policies
• Communicate regularly with programme stakeholders through emails and forms to coordinate training activities
• Collect and update training data in systems and databases to maintain accurate records
• Prepare training props and aids to support effective learning sessions
• Support the development of ad-hoc training deliverables, including special projects like training videos, communications, and AI tool integration

Other Information

• Gross monthly salary range: $2,600 to $3,200, based on qualifications, skills, and experience
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1730 or 0830-1800; Friday 0800-1700 or 0830-1730
• Work location: Choa Chu Kang
• A diploma or certificate and/or familiarity with AI tools, coding, or learning technologies is a plus
• Contract Period: 1-Year
