Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications & Content (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans across digital, social media, email, website, and events
- Craft compelling stories that showcase impact and connect with donors, volunteers, and the public
- Translate programme outcomes into engaging content (articles, social media, videos, speeches, decks)
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
- Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and communications assets
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns (online and offline) aligned with organisational goals
- Coordinate campaign deliverables including content, media, and stakeholder engagement
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for stronger impact
- Prepare campaign reports, decks, and post-campaign evaluations
Partnerships Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support partnerships and fundraising initiatives through campaigns and engagement activities
- Assist in developing proposals, decks, and customised communications for partners
- Co-create campaigns and storytelling opportunities with stakeholders
- Support relationship management and partner engagement
Stakeholder & Programme Coordination
- Work closely with programme teams to ensure respectful and accurate storytelling
- Collaborate across internal teams for seamless execution
- Engage external stakeholders including media, vendors, and collaborators
Events & Content Coverage
- Support events through content capture, live coverage, and post-event storytelling
- Translate event experiences into engaging communications outputs
Reporting & Administration
- Track campaign performance and communications outcomes
- Maintain documentation, reports, and content archives
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or campaigns
- Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Creative, organised, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement
- Background in the social sector
- Knowledge of branding through human-centred storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience organising large-scale events (MICE, sports, etc.)
