Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications across both online and offline channels to meet brand and business objectives.
• Assist in organising and delivering client engagement initiatives, including in-store events, brand activations, and partner-led promotions to drive boutique traffic and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams, brand principals, and external partners to develop engaging marketing programmes and collaborations.
• Contribute to digital and CRM campaigns, including content coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Support media-related activities such as advertising placements, publicity coordination, and basic media planning support.
• Oversee boutique window displays and ensure timely execution in line with brand guidelines and campaign themes.
• Manage marketing-related administrative matters, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and general coordination support.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and brands standards while continuously seeking ways to improve campaign effectiveness. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic to good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM oronline campaign execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multipletasks and deadlines independently.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented team player who is comfortable working in afast-paced, customer-facing environment.
