Job Description

As we continue to grow our presence in Singapore’s hospitality scene, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning and execution of memorable events. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences while positioning our hotel as a premier destination in a competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of events, including corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
  • Support the preparation of event proposals, packages, contracts, and budgets based on client requirements
  • Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings to showcase event spaces and services
  • Coordinate with F&B, kitchen, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
  • Prepare detailed event orders, function sheets, and event timelines for operational alignment
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Assist in managing event billing, payment follow-ups, and administrative documentation
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhancements to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel operational standards at all times
  • Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing event requirements
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with event management systems is an advantage
