Event Planning & Execution (End-to-End)

• Handle events from planning to execution, including setup, facilitation, and teardown
• Conduct and support workshops, ensuring smooth flow and positive participant experience
• Manage live station events, pop-up activations, and other on-ground events
• Coordinate event schedules, manpower, and on-site operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the ground during events

Logistics & Operations

• Prepare, manage, and oversee all event logistics, including materials, tools, equipment, and products
• Coordinate transportation, setup, teardown, and storage of event items
• Ensure event requirements align with client briefs and company standards

Client & Enquiry Management

• Respond to and manage event-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and confirmations
• Manage and confirm event bookings, ensuring schedules are kept up to date

Business Development

• Source for new leads and identify opportunities for workshops, corporate events, and collaborations
• Pitch event concepts and services to potential clients and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and collaborators

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, clients, and event details
• Support post-event follow-ups and reporting when required
