About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Events & Brand Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are passionate about marketing, enjoy interacting with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in real-world campaigns.

You will be involved in executing face-to-face marketing strategies, representing brands at events, and learning key skills in communication, sales, and leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent brands through face-to-face marketing at events and roadshows
2. Engage with customers to promote products and services effectively
3. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
4. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
5. Provide excellent customer service and brand representation
6. Continuously improve communication and sales techniques through training

Requirements

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
5. Self-motivated and goal-driven
