At Clarion Events, we run large-scale energy events that bring together industry leaders from across the region. And we’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join us and get hands-on experience in the world of B2B events.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Work Directly with Sponsors & Exhibitors

• Liaise with brands to collect logos, profiles, ads, and digital assets.
• Help them maximise their visibility through our marketing channels.
• Track deadlines and make sure everything is delivered on time (yes, you’ll become timeline-savvy).
• Prepare marketing kits and sponsor guidelines.

You’ll gain real client-facing experience not just internal tasks.

Be Part of the Marketing Machine

• Support digital campaigns and promotional rollouts.
• Assist with coordination of sponsor marketing benefits.
• Help out pre-event, onsite, and post-event (yes, you’ll see the event come to life).
• Support ad-hoc marketing tasks.

You’ll see how large-scale regional events are built from the inside out.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is curious about events, marketing, partnerships, or brand building.
• Is organised and low-key loves ticking things off a to-do list.
• Can juggle multiple deadlines without panicking.
• Communicates confidently (email, calls, internal chats — you’ll do it all).
• Knows their way around PowerPoint & Excel (or is willing to learn fast).
• Has a proactive, “I’ll figure it out” mindset.
