Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Events Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of event operations, marketing, and client engagement.

You’ll be responsible for supporting seamless event delivery, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to lead generation efforts. The role demands creativity, flexibility, strong project management, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Client Engagement

• Support end-to-end event planning and onsite operations
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and manage expectations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Manage enquiries and assist with client pitching
• Provide on-site support for both weekday and weekend events as needed
• Compile post-event reports to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 1 year of relevant event experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and creative flair in content creation
• Proven interest in both events and marketing, with an ability to wear multiple hats
• Sales-driven with strong client engagement skills
• Must own a personal laptop
