Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support in client servicing tasks.
- Assist in preparing client-facing documents such as proposals, schedules, and presentations.
- Attend client meetings when required to take notes and track action items.
- Assist in following up with clients on confirmations, information, and simple requests.
- Maintain professionalism in all client communications (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Assist in preparing event materials, logistics, printing and equipment.
- Support site recce preparation and checklist compilation.
- Ensure assigned event items are prepared according to brief.
- Support coordination with operations and vendors as instructed.
- Relay instructions clearly to suppliers and crew.
- Follow up on task status and report progress to supervisor.
- Assist during setup, event day, and teardown.
- Support registration, guest flow, and basic event operations.
- Handle simple on-site issues and escalate when required.
- Assist with preparation of brief/production forms and checklists.
- Organise project files. invoices, and event documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties related to events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management or related field.
- 0-1 year of working experience in events, marketing or related support roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- Good attitude, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Basic communication skills (spoken and written).
- Able to work long hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
- Comfortable with on-site event work and physical setup tasks.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
