We need a professional Estate Solutions Consultant who provides advice and services related to wealth, financial and legacy estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk profile, and long-term goals.

Evaluate existing assets and liabilities to formulate a comprehensive solution strategy.

Advise on property acquisition, disposition, leasing, investment due diligence, and portfolio restructuring.

Advise and strategize on wealth transfer, preservation, and protection, primarily utilizing tools like Wills, Trusts, CPF Nominations, and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).

Actively prospect and generate new business leads to expand the client base and meet sales targets.

Present tailored proposals and close transactions for consultancy services or deals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning as a trusted advisor.

Stay abreast of the latest market trends, regulations (e.g., CEA, MAS, IRAS), and government policies (e.g., cooling measures, tax laws).

Conduct feasibility studies, comparative market analyses (CMA), or financial modelling to support recommendations.

Ensure all advice and transactions are fully compliant with Singapore's legal and regulatory frameworks.

Manage and track the client's journey and maintaining meticulous records.

Liaise with internal teams and external professionals (e.g., bankers, accountants, lawyers) to ensure seamless delivery of the client solutions.
