Core Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and lab equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).

Diagnose issues, implement repairs, maintain logs, and manage procurement of tools and parts.

Oversee installation of new machinery and train operators.

• Warehouse Management:

Support inventory checks, ensure Quality Control approval for incoming materials, maintain accurate records, enforce FIFO rotation, and keep warehouse organized.

• Shipment Handling:

Prepare and package outgoing shipments, coordinate with carriers, verify compliance requirements, and assist with production-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Forklift certification and hands-on operational experience.
• Strong mechanical and basic electronic knowledge.
