Job Description

We are a growing loan brokerage firm looking for driven individuals who want high income potential, ownership skills, and long-term career growth.

⚠️ This is NOT a salaried role.
There is no basic salary. Income is 100% commission-based.

Top performers earn $10,000 to $15,000 per month and above, with no income cap.

This role is suitable for individuals who are motivated by results, comfortable with rejection, and willing to grit and work hard to build a real career.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (training provided)

• Understand clients’ financing needs (home loans, refinancing, equity loans, etc.)

• Arrange follow-ups and appointments

• Learn bank products, loan structures, and advisory skills

• Build and manage your own client pipeline

• Maintain accurate records in CRM system

You are not expected to close deals immediately, but you are expected to be consistent, disciplined, and resilient.

Who We Are Targeting

This role is especially suitable for individuals from the following backgrounds:

• Former insurance agents, property agents, MLM or telco sales

• Grab / PHV drivers/ Delivery personnel who are willing to hustle and build a higher-income career INSTEAD OF SPENDING 8 HOURS ON THE ROAD

• Commission-based real estate agents

• Individuals who have worked in 100% commission-based roles before

Requirements

• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach

• Able to handle rejection and pressure

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic

• Willing to learn through coaching and feedback

• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

You will be supported — but results depend on your effort.

Salary & Benefits

• 100% commission-based
