Roles & Responsibilities

You will:

· Provide direct quality nursing care in compliance with Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS) and propose improvements where needed.

· Carry out nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric tube feeding as directed.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives centred on key domains such as fall prevention, infection control, wound care management etc.

· Document resident conditions and track rehabilitation progress in the digital platform that the nursing home uses.

· Work in multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) and also participate in psychiatric conferences with specialist doctors to provide holistic care for our residents

· Perform infection control practices according to current changing standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

· National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing or equivalent

· Registered with Singapore Nursing Board

· At least a year’s working experience as an enrolled nurse

· Experience in the Community Care sector will be an advantage

· Good interpersonal and communications skills
