Job Responsibilities

• Conduct the lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
• Creates a well-organized, structure, and task-oriented learning environment
• Planning activities and worksheets to include approaches to learning
• Assess student’s progress and communicate to provide feedback to the parent
• Demonstrates the necessary subject knowledge and methodological strategies to effectively educate students
• Introduces new study patterns to student develop their interest to foster maximum student’s engagement
• Fostering curiosity, creativity and a lifelong enjoyment of English language learning
• Reviews the feedback from the academic HOD and improving teaching practices to support differentiated learning

Job requirement

• Minimum Degree in Education/ English Language/ Literature
• Professional command of English language
• 3 - 5 years of teaching experience
• Passionate in teaching English and given tutor to primary school students, prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willing to develop teaching skills and support students in differing levels and learning
• With high level of integrity and professionalism
• Able to work on weekends
