Job Description

• Work closely with management team, department team to develop quality academic strategies and learning programme
• Monitor and review teaching and learning standards to ensure it align with MOE curriculum framework
• Support to implement curriculum through internal and external instructional design and development of quality teaching learning resources
• Responsible on curriculum project management and overall curriculum development
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and achieve curriculum plans, applications and training activities
• Collaborate with training team to provide guidance to train and facilitate teaching staff in the curriculum materials, application, teaching techniques
• Collect, analyse and interpret statistical information for curriculum development study on current trends, schools, students and teachers to enhance on existing curriculum

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in leading the team in educational setting
• Experience in English curriculum development
• Effective communication skills to communicate with a team and stakeholders
• Ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Must be bilingual able to communicate in English, Mandarin
