Our Renewable Energy segment leverages strong execution and development capabilities to power a cleaner future.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Manage and inspect the work of 3rd party contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Negotiate terms and conditions, budgets, timelines, and expectations with external parties.
• Coordinate and manage various projects and contracts involving multiple parties and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Manage and oversee improvement projects aimed at addressing Level 2 and 3 rectification works caused by system degradation or design related issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Develop and document end-to-end processes, including creating work instruction, standard of operation and safe work procedures
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities including inspection reports and work completion progress updates.
• Prepare and submit monthly and daily performance reports as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in electrical engineering, renewable energy, project management is preferred.
• Preferable 1 year of experience or internship in solar system maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of electrical principles and expertise in troubleshooting solar systems.
• Strong understanding of solar PV components, including modules, inverters, racking systems, and monitoring devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and project management skills to effectively engage stakeholders. Able to articulate and present ideas clearly.
• Positive work attitude with a people-oriented personality.
• A valid Class 3/A driving license is preferred.
• Weekend work support may be required, depending on operational demands.
