Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage a team of Technicians, including work allocation and performance monitoring.

• Review, approve, and validate inspection findings, reports, and defect classifications.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Standards, codes of practice, and statutory requirements.

• Drive defect reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

• Lead coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee clearance of defects prior to AI inspections and ensure timely BCA OPTO submissions without exceptions.

• Review and update inspection procedures, checklists, and quality documentation.

• Lead subcontractor meetings, technical briefings, and quality presentations.

• Consolidate, analyze, and submit KPI reports in support of ISO Management System and audits.

• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Engineers and Technicians.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering or higher qualification in a relevant field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant lift and escalator industry experience.

• Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and quality management.

• Strong technical judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
