• Responsible for all major mechanical and electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Lead a team of technical executives/technicians for troubleshooting works
• Manage the purchase of major supply and repair items alongside with supervision and execution of preventive and condition monitoring of major electrical equipment
• Handle hands-on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
• Coordination with clients and subcontractors to meet the site/project requirements
• Carry out rectification of faults within a specified time
• In-charge of troubleshooting of M&E system
• Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
• Responsible for project cost control and service standards
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Technical knowledge of M&E systems(including, but not limited to, fire protection systems, AV systems and ACMV systems) is an added advantage
• Able to perform shift work if required
