Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EA Personnel and/or Key Appointment Holder to join our growing organisation. Salary expectation will be commensurate with industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes to secure successful placements of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) with employers
  • Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness to build trust and satisfaction
  • Analyze and understand employer requirements to identify the best helper matches
  • Source sales leads through referrals, social media, and other channels to expand client base
  • Conduct interviews with helpers to compile detailed bio-data, work experience, and job history for accurate profiling
  • Match customer requirements with helper profiles to recommend the most suitable candidates and close sales effectively
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and helpers to ensure mutual fit and understanding
  • Prepare and process all deployment documents including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, and Safety Agreement to ensure compliance
  • Apply for and manage all Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online to maintain regulatory adherence
  • Deliver after-sales follow-up and service to support both employers and helpers post-deployment
  • Mediate and resolve issues between helpers and employers to maintain positive working relationships
  • Liaise with MOM officers on matters requiring official advice or intervention to ensure smooth case handling
  • Coordinate with MOM for card collection and thumbprint arrangements as required
  • Manage embassy-related matters, administrative tasks, and follow-up on client billing and payments to ensure operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess relevant experience working with a Maid Agency
  • Hold a valid CEI – Certificate of Employment Intermediaries
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and compliance with MOM rules and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Exhibit strong sales ability demonstrated by closing placements and expanding client relationships
  • Apply excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and helpers
  • Utilize leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage workflow and resolve challenges
  • Show patience and compassion in handling helper-related matters to foster dignity and respect
