Job Description:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical assistance at the scene
• Assess the condition of patients who are injured or ill, and determine the appropriate level of care required
• Administer pre-hospital treatment to stabilize patients for safe transport
• Ensure the safe and timely transfer of patients to hospitals or healthcare facilities for further medical attention
• Able to operate all medical equipment in the ambulance safely and effectively
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of ambulance equipment to ensure readiness at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) by SAF or SCDF
• Relevant field experience in SAF or SCDF is an added advantage
• Certification of BCLS & AED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Proficient in operating and maintaining ambulance equipment and medical devices
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
