• Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance.
• Perform on-site servicing and installation if required.
• Handling day-to-day operations of the service centre in accordance with company brand position and guidelines.
• Perform and ensure all repairs and servicing are executed in accordance to company's standard operating procedures and performance indicators.
• Co-operate with Customer Service Team and follow company's procedures and protocols to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• ITE/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Mechanical or related is welcome to apply. NO Experience required. Training Provided.
• 5 day work week.
