Supervise daily site activities and coordinate M&E works with subcontractorsReview and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping
Monitor project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager
Assist in procurement of materials and equipment
Conduct inspections and ensure quality of completed works
Lead toolbox meetings and enforce safety protocols
Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution

Job Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision or general foreman role
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, ACMV, and building automation
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction safety standards
• Ability to lead teams and manage site operations independently

Preferred:

• Experience in data center or high-rise residential projects
• Certification in Work at Height and Building Construction Safety
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation
