Established since 1991, FOURWAY ENGINEERING PTE LTD has more than 20 years of vast experience in the electrical switchboard field. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of electrical switchboards, ACMV panels, PLC panels and all types of customized empty metal enclosures.

Job Summary

You will conduct quality assurance and testing on electrical switchboard panels to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with operations and project teams to plan and execute quality checks, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with customers and consultants during testing phases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead quality inspections of switchboard panel assembly and wiring to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Prepare detailed QC Test Reports following testing and commissioning of panels to document outcomes and compliance.
• Analyze and interpret calibration reports to validate testing equipment accuracy and suitability for continued use.
• Collaborate with Operation and Project Teams to plan and schedule quality checks and testing activities.
• Provide technical advice on assembly and wiring drawings to support accurate panel construction.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.) and Site Acceptance Testing (S.A.T.) on panels and generate comprehensive reports.
• Communicate clearly with customers and consultants to address queries and provide updates during testing processes.
• Conduct thermal scanning inspections on electrical equipment and control panels to identify potential issues.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in operating testing equipment including:

• Micrologic Test Kit – Schneider
• Primary Injection Kit – Techno, Sudarsan, Megger100
• Secondary Injection Kit – Sudarsan, Omicron CMC256
• Insulation Resistance Tester – Megger, Kyoritsu, Fluke
• Advanced Earth Ground Tester – Fluke
  

2.  Has prior experience in:

• Experienced in using AutoCAD for Single Line Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematics
• Skilled in testing and commissioning of LT Electrical Switchboards including EMSB, MSB, SB, DB, and Control Panels

3.   Able to conduct Thermal Scanning for inspection of electrical equipment and control panels.


Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
