1) Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by PEB
• A masters’ Degree or PEB license would be an advantage
• 2-5 years working experience in design and consultancy firm and design of electrical services.
• Fresh graduate will be considered as well.

2) Business Development

• Begin to build relationships with clients and consultants from other organisations.

3) Project Role

• Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.

4) Company Role

• Follow the company training scheme fulfilling objectives to assist personal development and provide a basis for future progression within the company.
• Contribute to the development of the company systems by reviewing existing procedures and commenting using the feedback system.
• Begin to take part in task groups to represent the team that you are working in.
• Attend team meetings providing feedback on your/company development where possible.
• Applying policies relating to health & safety, quality and training

5) Engineering Function

• Role is an Engineer within a team working under close supervision or independently.
• Responsible for development and production of drawings/calculations/specifications/reports.
• Understand design philosophy/design fundamentals.
• Be familiar with Architect/Service Engineers drawings/specifications etc.

6) Behavioral
