Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze faults in DCS, PLC, power, and instrumentation systems.
• Supervise E&I maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics and specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors and in-house E&I teams to provide technical support.
• Assess and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
• Perform root cause analysis for E&I equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct ISO risk assessments and EAIA for E&I maintenance works.
• Prepare E&I performance reports and evaluate technical proposals and procurement needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation or related engineering fields.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining DCS, PLC, power, or instrumentation systems, with expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and instrumentation schematics, and understanding system design and operation principles.
• We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving equipment issues independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
