Design Meaningful Learning

• Create engaging weekly learning experiences guided by our curriculum.
• Plan both indoor and outdoor activities that spark curiosity and hands-on exploration.

Champion Safety & Care

• Supervise children with warmth and attention.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and respond to basic care needs when required.

Partner With Families

• Share daily updates, milestones, and learning progress.
• Join parent meetings and provide developmental feedback.

Build an Inspiring Classroom

• Maintain a clean, organised learning space.
• Use positive guidance techniques to support children’s social-emotional growth.

Grow as a Professional

• Attend trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive, vibrant learning community.
